The collection of by-products from the production facilities is carried out with the most modern fleet of vehicles in Europe, that meet all the specifications.
All vehicles are approved by the competent veterinary authorities.
To facilitate producers of animal by-products, we provide them with special pallet boxes or closed containers, for the safe handling of by-products at their premises, in accordance with European regulations.
We strictly apply the general hygiene requirements (cleanliness of production areas, disinfection of storage - transport means) as well as traceability procedures, both in the receipt of by-products and in the dispatch of the processed products.

High-capacity incineration plant
Category 1 animal by-products, in accordance with applicable legislation, are considered as waste and are intended for disposal through the incineration process.
In order to integrate the management of all animal by-products and to facilitate the production of by-products, our company has installed and operates a high-capacity incinerator with incineration capacity of up to 45 tns per day.
It also processes dead animals (cattle, goats and sheep), which have been sampled for transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs), in accordance with European regulations 1069/2009 and 142/2011.
